Which relay link(s) are you interested in?

Folsom to Davis

Palo Alto to San Francisco

How did you find out about NBG/Mayors' Ride?

I've been a NBG volunteer for the past 6 years.

Why do you want to do this ride?

I have helped organize the mayors' rides the last five years and found out how fun it was to ride a few legs instead of reading about them from my computer screen.

Tell us about your touring experience- if little or none, indicate how many miles have you ridden over the last year:

During the summer, I ride 11 miles each way to work almost every day. I am trying to reach that level during the winter but I don't like to ride in rain storms or when it is below 30 degree (tho I have). Plus I rode the relay legs mentioned above

Tell us about your bike:

Easy Racer

Please describe your training regimen:

My commute and errands during the weekend

How are you making time for this ride?

I'll take a couple vacation days from my job at Apple.

What are your fears about doing this ride?

Absolutely none

As a result of such efforts, the National Bicycle Greenway network will establish the bicycle as a desirable part of the transportation mix. As more of the Greenways is built and maintained, for a fraction of the cost of building even just a few miles of interstate freeway, the many advantages of bicycle transportation will soon become evident.
