3. Why you want to do this ride

To further the idea of a safe route for bicycles from town to town across the country

4. Your touring experience

In the past I have done RAGBRA (ride across Iowa) in 2002
Rode the coast of Oregon 2003
I ride with the Foothills bicycle club or Yuma year around. Milage in 2004 was an aprox 4300 miles.

5. Tell us about your bike

Standard Cannondale 1998 road bike with BOB trailer

6. Describe your training regimen

Riding with the local club which has regular rides on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday each week.
Some rides are around 20 miles in length while two days of the week they are over 50 miles in length.

7. How are you making time for this

I'm retired .

8. Anything else you'd like to share with us?

I will be riding with Joe Richey .

None

As a result of such efforts, the National Bicycle Greenway network will establish the bicycle as a desirable part of the transportation mix.
