This was just as we're entering the Rocky Mtn. Nat. Park at about 9 am on a Monday. The visitor center is just ahead to the left and the main gate a little further on. It didn't look like rain...I had the jacket and pannier covers on more for visibilty. I would usually ride behind Jim following his ride rear tire to make us more visible. Sometimes I would just wear the coat with nothing under it.
